LibreOffce 4.0.4, the last minor release on the 4.0.x series, has been released for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X.

There’s little in the way of dramatic change. There bug fixes and stability fixes for minor issues; and improvements in the reading and opening of proprietary document formats.

A full changelog for 4.0.4 can be read online at the Document Foundation Wiki.

LibreOffice 4.1 is due for release in late July and will bring with it a number of new features, including font embedding in documents.

LibreOffice 4.0.4 is available for immediate download from the LibreOffice website.
